TurfSync Pro is a bespoke online portal that assists with managing sports fields and recreational areas through its easy-to-use data collection platform.
It provides real time information, analysis and reporting to support decision making.

- Enables condition assessment to be undertaken using multiple criteria during the season, highlights issues and allows trends to be identified.
- Determines potential usage capacity based on the current condition, agronomic and construction details.
- Compares potential usage to actual usage to show whether a sports field is being underused, overused or has an acceptable level of use.
- Provides analysis backed data to support decision making around managing usage, allocating maintenance resources and planning capital works and budget.

The dashboard summarises the current condition of all sports fields, the change in condition since the last assessment and the usage status (underused, overused or acceptable usage). This real time information allows the user to stay constantly updated and manage their sports fields appropriately to correspond to the data.

The app provides a visual traffic light rating of 17 condition criteria to highlight potential issues and any problems from the last reading, enabling proactive maintenance to be undertaken and usage managed to prevent further deterioration of the playing surface & potential ground closures.
In addition to this, we provide a visual history of any sports field’s condition during the year, allowing trends to be easily seen and assisting in building a business case for sports field upgrades and capital improvements.

The condition of the sports field is displayed in an easy-to-understand graphic that also displays the potential and actual usage over a full season, allowing the user to establish whether the field is being underused, overused or has acceptable usage. From here, decisions can be made around limiting usage by methods such as restricting training or moving teams, or in extreme cases, temporarily closing a sports field.
